Lane Development, LLC of Binghamton, New York, was formed in 2001 for the purpose of commercial property development in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area. Prior to 1997, Lane Development was known as MWL Associates in the Washington market and operated mainly in Upstate New York for over ten years as a construction management firm specializing in office and manufacturing facilities. Today, the firm has lead the way in local projects such as Carlyle Place and Carlyle Center of Alexandria, Virginia.
